Professional
Whether your painting project is large or small, you need a tradesman with attention to detail, quality products, and the right industry experience to ensure that the work is completed to the highest standard.

Environmental
Did you know that today’s top quality acrylic paints are just as hardwearing as oil based paints? While it takes a little more skill and effort to achieve the same finish, I think this is a small price to pay for a better environmental outcome.

Clear Finishes
There’s nothing quite the same as seeing the grain and colours of well finished timber. Protecting timber with clear or lightly stained finishes enhances and protects the natural beauty of timber. And of course, avoiding UV damage is a constant consideration.Working with timber, the natural grain and colours of timber is really rewarding.
Peter Thomson
I started in my father’s paint shop in 1976, beginning a long association with the paint industry. After nearly 30 years in retail and trade paint sales, including 15 years running the business, it was time for less stress and more time with the family and I closed the cash register and picked up the brush.
In 2011 I made the treechange to Donnybrook with my family. Riversea Painting now services communities from Balingup to Bunbury including Donnybrook and surrounds.
Specialising in residential and small commercial projects, I understand the importance of attention to detail, from the initial quotation right through to completion. I take pride in my relationships with clients, my preparation, and the quality of my workmanship. I have chosen not to employ a team because the kind of work I perform requires very careful attention to detail.
I use market-leading Dulux products because “They’re the best.” I enjoy providing good old fashioned customer service that makes a lasting difference to the lives and homes of my clients.
There are few things I enjoy as much as driving past a home I painted many years ago and seeing the enduring quality of a good job.
